• Anthony’s eyes widened, and it seemed as if he had just realized my biggest secrets. I could feel my heart racing as he looked away nervously, trying to figure something out. His eyes met mine again, and he seemed annoyed about it.
• “I…” I started but he shook his head, showing how bothered and upset he was, “I can’t believe you’re still annoyed about that phone call, Scar” he said, referring to their phone call from that night, when Megan talked about me. And I out of sudden was surprised, and relieved that I was safe, and that he didn’t discover my feelings for him.
