• CORNELL's POV.
• The smile on my face grew wider with each passing minute. I could say I waited so long to do this because of my years of working and being in an unhappy relationship with Ava, all the torture and daily insults, as well as the hassles I faced from my parents, the comparison between me and everyone else, and I ended up with all those just for one reason.
• Because I wanted a future with Isabella, I wanted marriage with her, and now I certainly knew things were going to wind up in my direction. I swallowed hard with a soft smile against my lips, and I had no reason to end up with any sort of fight anymore, for as long as I had known, things would be better for me.
