- I walked into the meeting room, the sound of my footsteps echoing against the polished floor. The room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows on one side that offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The walls were painted a muted shade of blue, and the large oval table in the centre of the room was surrounded by plush leather chairs.
- Kane was already seated at the head of the table, along with several other investors. I took my seat next to Kane and waited for the meeting to begin. After a few minutes of small talk, Kane cleared his throat and called the meeting to order.
