Chapter 3 Reunion
- Dante was watching the ceremony where Adriana was being awarded the title. He was sitting outdoors on some chairs with the rest of the parents.
- The young girl was still physically small, but she seemed more confident and he hoped she was no longer confused about Dante's role in her life.
- He had always seen her and would always see her as a little girl.
- Dante was an adult, he wasn't stupid. He had noticed the way the teenager looked at him when they still lived together, but he never imagined in his wildest dreams that what happened after Catalina's death would occur.
- When the tearful girl had asked him for a place in his bed, he thought it would be to comfort her.
- He never imagined she would wake up between his legs and when he saw her licking his milk, the horror of what had happened overwhelmed him.
- To him, she would always be León and Catalina's daughter. The skinny and small girl with long legs and huge eyes behind her glasses. Almost like a daughter. Even though she didn't behave like one and obviously didn't look at him as her father. He didn't expect to take León's place in her life, but he did hope to be her guardian and guide…
- Currently, she wore contact lenses. Although he hadn't seen her in the past two years, he had provided her with everything she needed.
- They only had contact through email, although he had also given her a cellphone as a gift and occasionally called her to see how she was doing.
- Their conversations were brief. He would ask her how she was, and she would respond with almost monosyllabic answers.
- Dante had no idea that she was recording their conversations… sometimes she would listen to them with headphones while Ludmilla gave him a blowjob, her voice aroused her so much… She couldn't wait to see his big penis penetrating her vagina and breaking the barrier that would turn her from a girl into a woman. She had been restraining herself for two years, being the best student, behaving like the perfect girl. All so that he would believe she had 'straightened out', that her interest in him had faded. What she didn't know or imagine was that it was the opposite, her interest in him had been fermenting for years.
- Dante saw Adriana close to a girl with an imposing physique, whom he later learned was her roommate and a great friend of Adriana's, his stepdaughter.
- They seemed too affectionate to just be friends, but well… that was a matter of Adriana's privacy, although it did catch his attention a little considering his past experience with her.
- That night he would take her out to dinner, he needed to know what she would do with her life since they hadn't had a chance to talk. And she would temporarily stay at his house in Milan.
- Ludmilla and Adriana said goodbye in their room with a deep kiss and a hug.
- Adriana would go to Dante's. Ludmilla would enroll in the army as soon as possible because she didn't trust being under the same roof as her parents without killing her violent father in a short period of time.
- Ludmilla grabbed young Adriana's face again and gave her a sweet kiss on the mouth when the door opened. It was Dante, who cleared his throat uncomfortably at the scene.
- "Sorry, Adriana, I came to help you with your suitcases," he said, avoiding eye contact. It seemed like an irony of life, a soldier, a man of combat with a security company that many feared, felt inhibited in the presence of two little girls… but that's how it was. He had never felt so uncomfortable in his life.
- "They're right here," the young girl said, pointing to the luggage.
- Ludmilla looked at him, raising an eyebrow… A subtle warning. She hugged Adriana again and whispered in her ear just loud enough for Adriana to hear.
- "Good luck, and remember, you're beautiful, intelligent, and valuable. No matter what happens… and remember the promise you made to me…"
- Adriana nodded against her shoulder as tears trickled down her eyes.
- "Take care of yourself, we'll keep in touch," Ludmilla said to her loudly enough for Dante to hear and know that besides him, Adriana had someone else, she wasn't alone in her life.
- Then, in Dante's vehicle, a red Ferrari, he said to her,
- "Um… your friend is quite affectionate…"
- Adriana looked at him in surprise. Was he jealous? She felt a flutter in her heart and became even more nervous than she already was.
- "Ludmilla has been the best thing that happened to me at the boarding school," she said mysteriously as she looked out the window.
- "Do you like women now?"
- "What kind of question is that?" she suddenly responded, looking at him.
- He shrugged.
- "Nothing, just curiosity…"
- Adriana stared at him for a while. In that confined space, she had to make an extraordinary effort not to throw herself at him as she really wanted to…
- "I don't ask you about your girlfriends…"
- "This is different… I'm your guardian… don't I have the right to know who you associate with or to ask??"
- "What exactly are you asking, if I'm a lesbian??? And why would that be relevant to you?"
- Dante opened the window in annoyance. Damn girl, couldn't she just answer him?
- "It's relevant because I want you to be okay, I don't care if it's with a man or a woman…"
- "So what's the point of the question if, as you say, you don't care??"
- He hit the steering wheel.
- "For God's sake, Adriana, can't you just answer and be done with it!"
- "Why should I limit myself to choosing something?? Ludmilla has been, UNLIKE OTHERS, one of the kindest and nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my life. So yes, I love her…"
- "And how long have you been dating??"
- Adriana laughed and the maniacal sound of her laughter filled the car.
- She looked at him intensely, but he wasn't looking at her.
- "Why do you care so much about who I sleep with?" she suddenly said with a serious look and tone.
- "It's not that kind of interest and you know it…" he replied with a voice as cold as steel.
- "And what kind of interest is it?" she murmured hoarsely.
- He looked at her with a hardened jaw, he was very upset with the little girl.
- "Don't treat me like an idiot, I'm twice your age and I could be your father… in fact, don't forget that I'm your stepfather…"
- Adriana looked him up and down and answered in a murmuring voice,
- "How could I forget…"
