• My stomach twisted immediately I had placed a foot into the house. I shook my head to the side, trying to get out the thought that threatened to consume me, but I just couldn't.
• " Are you okay?” I forced a smile on my cheek at Richard, who had our bags in one hand, while making gestures for others to come and assist with the rest. My heart soured when I took a step further only to come in contact with the railings, I pulled back my hands like I had been scalded when Daisy stepped in.
