Chapter 5 Restaurant

• At the end of the workday, Alicia was walking towards the metro station when a black Audi stopped near her. The windows rolled down, revealing Kevin's handsome face with sunglasses that made him even more attractive.
• "Get in, I'll give you a ride," Kevin said. "Mr. DuPont, I don't want to bother you, I'll go on my own," Alicia replied.
• "You have 5 damn seconds to get in the car, Alicia DuPont, or I'll come get you," Kevin threatened.
• "Fine," Alicia said, knowing that this man always keeps his promises.
• The car started moving and stopped at a high-end restaurant. Alicia turned to Kevin and asked, "What are we doing here?"
• "Surely we came to pick up rocks," Kevin replied.
• "You're an idiot," Alicia said.
• "I know, my love, but I also know I'm irresistible," Kevin replied. Rolling her eyes, Alicia thought about how shameless this side of Kevin was that she was discovering, and she got out of the car.
• Kevin took her hand and they entered. The guard greeted them, asking, "Sir, would you like a table or just to check out the facilities?"
• The restaurant is Kevin's new personal investment, and it has been open to the public for 2 days. Since he hadn't had time to come earlier due to office work, he decided to visit today with his wife. "I'll take a look around and prepare the best table," Kevin instructed the guard.
• "Of course, sir," the guard replied, heading towards the waiters.
• "It's beautiful!" Alicia exclaimed. "It took 6 months to build, and it was inaugurated 2 days ago, but I couldn't come due to the many office tasks," Kevin explained.
• "I see," Alicia replied. "Let's take a walk. This first room is the kitchen, with a capacity for 30 chefs trained for different menus. The wok is impressive, and they have delicacies from other continents, not just Asian cuisine," Kevin explained.
• "That's great," Alicia said. "Do you have any preferences for what you want to eat?" Kevin asked, seeing her excitement about the food. "I do, of course," Alicia replied.
• "Tell me what you want, and I'll have it prepared for you." "No, it's not necessary, Kevin, maybe another time," Alicia declined. Disappointed by her response, Kevin didn't show any expression and said, "Let's continue."
• "This is the warehouse, fully stocked, and the next doors are the restrooms," Kevin showed Alicia around. She realized that the restaurant was a 5-star property worthy of Kevin DuPont.
• "There's a place I want to show you," Kevin said, leading her to a door. He opened it to reveal a beautiful bathroom with blue decor. Frowning, Alicia asked, "Why are you showing me the bathroom, Kevin?"
• Kevin pushed her into the bathroom, locked the door, and positioned her against the wall. He lifted her skirt, removed her underwear, and penetrated her.
• "Kevin, you know what you're doing," Alicia said as they engaged in a private encounter in his restaurant's bathroom. "Of course, I'm showing you how beautiful my restaurant is," Kevin said with a mischievous smile. After their moment of ecstasy, they cleaned up and left as if nothing had happened, although Alicia's face was red with embarrassment.
• "Relax, my love. If you don't want people to realize what we just did," Kevin intertwined their fingers and led her to a table. They enjoyed their orders, finished, and left.
• Kevin dropped her off at her apartment without saying goodbye.
• Alicia entered and collapsed on the sofa, feeling conflicted about her feelings. Just then, her phone rang.
• "Hello? What are you doing?" Her assistant and best friend Gabi's voice came through the phone.
• "I'm thinking. Do you want to come over for a girls' night?" Alicia asked.
• "You know me," Gabi replied.
• Anita said to Kevin, "I want to go out tonight. Let's go to your new restaurant since you haven't been there yet. Come with me." Hearing Anita's words, Kevin felt a twinge of guilt. He knew he should have taken her instead of Alicia.
• "Why did I take Alicia there?" Kevin thought.
• "What's wrong, Kevin? What are you thinking about?" Anita asked.
• "Nothing, darling, I'm just tired today." Noticing that Kevin had fallen asleep, Anita left the room and went to the living room, because she feels that he is distant from her after just a few days of being married to Alicia.
• "What are you doing there?" Kevin's voice echoed. "I just came for water, and since you were too deep in sleep, I didn't bother you," Anita replied.
• "Well, it's late, get into bed," Kevin said. Anita obeyed and went to lie down, falling asleep within minutes.
• Kevin couldn't sleep, he thought about Alicia, her skin, her kisses, and how she whispered some words in his ear at her birthday party, something familiar was there, but he couldn't remember what it was, or who, but he was sure of one thing - that woman could be his downfall. No, no, no, that's impossible. "My love and my heart can only belong to the woman of my life, Anita Bonet."
• In apartment 40, two girls were enjoying a movie. "You know, Alicia, I like David," said one of the girls. "Now that's a direct confession to your best friend," Alicia said, smiling.
• "Yes, just like you're not ashamed to tell your friend where you have sex with your husband. Mine is more decent," the other girl said, laughing.
• "I see," Alicia said, feeling embarrassed.
• "What's wrong with you? If you keep it up, they'll mistake you for a tomato and take you to the market," the girl teased.
• "Gabriela, are you planning to confess your feelings to David?" Alicia asked.
• "No, Alicia, I'm just an assistant. He's the best doctor in the region, and he's also the heir to the second most important family in the region," Gabriela replied.
• "That doesn't matter, Gabriela. You have to tell him your feelings. He deserves to know," Alicia insisted. "And what do I gain from that, Alicia? His disdain, that's the most likely outcome. I'd rather keep seeing him as your friend and mine. If I tell him how I feel, he'll distance himself from me."
• "Okay, Gabi, I respect your decision, but think about it later on," Alicia said.
• "I promise, Alicia," Gabriela replied. At that moment, Alicia's phone rang, and it was David.
• "Hello, David," Alicia said dramatically. "I'm at home with Gabi, it's girls' night. What do you say, of course, come over," Alicia replied with a smile.
• "Who's coming?" Gabriela asked. "David and Gaston," Alicia said. "Oh," was all Gabi said.
• Half an hour later, the boys arrived with bags of food and drinks. "Hello," they both said, smiling. "Hello, David. Hello, Gaston," the girls said in unison.
• "It's going to be a girls' night," Gaston said, pretending to be a girl. Everyone laughed at his comment. They had an incredible night among friends. It was 2 in the morning when Gabi went to get some water, but she got the scare of her life when she saw a male silhouette in the kitchen - it was just David.
• "You scared me," Gabi said. "Oh, sorry, I didn't know you'd wake up in the middle of the night," David replied.
• "It's okay, I just came for water," Gabi said, entering the kitchen. But in a miscalculation, their bodies brushed against each other, and sparks ignited in both of them - a sensation neither of them had ever experienced.
• "Sorry," David said. "It's okay, have a good morning," Gabriela replied, leaving the kitchen with nerves on edge. The next morning, the group of friends said their goodbyes and went their separate ways. "Are you leaving again, Gaston?" Alicia asked.
• "Yes, I have some matters to attend to in Italy," Gaston replied. "When are you coming back?" Gabi asked. Hearing Gabi's question, David frowned and felt a twinge of jealousy at Gabi's question to Gaston.
• "I'll be back in a month," Gaston replied. "Take care," his friends said, and they left.
