• The Saturday of their second harvest celebration felt light and easy. Everyone was so happy. The way they should have been at each gathering since Beltane, but hadn’t been.
• Even discussing who saw what and didn’t, and what could go in the statements for Patrick needed, there was laughing and smiles.
• Dade sat back and watched everyone. It felt good to see this again. Cora was being so sweet, he found himself trying hard not to push her. Of course, if she was willing to let him get the odd kiss, he was all for trying often as he could catch her alone.
