- The sun rays penetrating the window fell on my skin causing me to open my eyes slowly. I sit upright on my bed and pull the duvet close. My gaze met with his as I try to look around the room. He welcomed me with a smile despite the uninviting frown on my face.
- "You are awake," he said, moving closer to me on the bed. "How are you feeling now?"
