• While Andromeda slept in the arms of her Perseus, Mr. Marchetti was already in his office in Chicago, checking his program to see if the specifications of the merchandise sold today were being met. He was particularly interested in the location of his star merchandise for the event.
• He looked at the screen and, unable to control himself, threw his bourbon glass against the fireplace, causing it to shatter into a million pieces. The shards fell everywhere, on the floor, the carpet, and inside the lit fireplace. A flame floated in the air as the liquor made contact with the fire, which quickly extinguished.
