I cooked six dishes that night but the next morning, Jessie asked me to cook porridge and fry eggs for her again. I grinned and bore it for the sake of money. While frying the egg, I mumbled inwardly, Go ahead and eat more until you become a fat a*s! Hmph!
On the other hand, Jessie had become more demanding. Ever since that day, I had turned into the maid-cum-attendant in the household.
