Chapter 73 – Confessions Of A Spy

  • Alexander stood in the dark corridors of the dungeons, the only light from the torches that hung from the ceilings. Despite the modern conveniences of the city, King Martin preferred to keep the dungeons as close to primitive as possible. Prisoners had no running water, no windows, no comforts of the outside world.
  • Standing in front of a cell, the lonely figure inside huddled in the corner out of fear of the man standing in front of him. Alexander was known to be a great leader and loyal friend but his lycan was a different story. Ajax hasn’t had many opportunities lately to unleash his wrath. When King Martin alerted Alexander upon his return to the palace that there was a spy in their midst, Ajax stirred with anxiousness, hoping to be let out to play.
  • “I heard you haven’t been very forthcoming with information spy. Why is that?” Alexander teased as he stood in front of the iron bars.
