Chapter 14

• The students yell out in awe as more of them trop in. Most of them brought out their phones and I could tell they were videoing me.
• "My mother is not a slut Maya and I fell. I didn't mean to fall into him," I said and glanced over at Mira hoping she would come to my rescue but she just stood there, her hands clamped over her mouth and her eyes held pity in them.
• I guess she has no power considering she was also a scholarship student and has no right to talk back at the rich kids.
