• After Fiona left, Mirenda sat in the office wondering what was happening to Fiona. She had seen Fiona on TV a couple of times and she was a live bubbling person. She remembered her from the press conference where Mrs Haward humiliated her. It was like a light inside her was turned off. Mirenda recalled how Fiona left the place completely shamed. Her mind shifted to when Fiona saved her from being run over by a vehicle. She was not this off. There was still some life inside her. She also recalled the setup meeting with James.
• "Was James accusing her of drugs the last blow that broke the camel's back?" Mirenda thought but immediately remembered Fiona was pregnant.
