• "Felicia, did you do it intentionally!" Alexander held Fellis's small jaw in his hands.
• "Since you refused to drink wine obediently, I had to come up with a solution." Although Felis's jaw was in pain due to Alexander's grip, she did not show it and maintained a defiant expression on her face.

• Director William regarded Fellis with satisfaction and drank the wine in his hand. He then continued the previous topic, "Miss Andy, you had quite a lengthy conversation with President Gunner. What did you discuss?"
• "This..." Fellis smiled slightly, appearing slightly intoxicated. "Director William wishes to know?"
• "Of course, I am curious!" Director William genuinely desired to know what Fellis had done to Alexander Gunner. As far as he knew, no woman had ever engaged in such a lengthy conversation with Alexander, let alone kissed him like that.

• Alexander overheard Director William saying something to Fellis. He then witnessed Fellis's smiling face as she reached out and accepted the wine glass handed to her by Director William, drinking it.
• He wondered how many glasses she had consumed!
• Alexander recalled that when they were still together, Fellis could not tolerate alcohol, whereas he often found himself drinking due to numerous business meetings.
• Every time Alexander returned home drunk, Fellis would always prepare a bowl of hot soup.
