Chapter 7 A Night Together

• "Ow!" Zara screamed once his forehead hit her chest. She quickly held him before his body fell to the hard floor. "What's wrong with you, Scott? Are you okay?"
• There was no answer. Painstakingly, Zara put his arm over her shoulders and kicked open the door. She walked in to find the living in a mess. The sofas were upturned and the glass table at the center was broken. "What the hell happened here?"
• Seeing that he was passed out cold, she dragged him to the bedroom. It took her almost twenty minutes to do that. By the time she threw him to the bed, she was sweating all over and staggering.
