Chapter 12 The Hybrid

• “Is it possible for me to return to my human form?” I jumped slightly with happiness, wondering if I could become what I once was.
• “Staying in human form requires a lot of effort, self-control, and training…” He turned his back to me and looked over his shoulder, gesturing with his snout for me to follow. “…it takes a lot of energy, so we spend most of our time in our wolf form…”
• “I thought you stayed like that to be more intimidating,” I commented as I began to follow him out of the hut.
