• "I need you to stay here. Do not go out. Do you hear me?" Keiran asked as he got dressed hurriedly. 
• Evelyn's eyebrows furrowed. "But what about the others? What about Rain and Amelia? They—"
• "Evelyn, we'll take care of them. All you need to do is sit here. I don't want you to go and get hurt," Keiran walked up to his mate and took her face into his hands. He placed a soft kiss on her lips before stepping back. "Lock the door and take a rest, " He smiled before walking out, leaving his mate troubled and worried.
