Chapter 9 Don't Feel The Same

• WHEN FELIX ANSWERED the question that I have been thinking of ever since this morning, I couldn’t help but overthink. Natural thing to do for someone that is in a relationship? What does he mean by that? Is going to a mate’s house something that’s so natural? I doubt.
• While we were inside the car, driving our way to the Alpha’s mansion, I was feeling anxious. My hands were trembling and cold as I glanced at the window over and over again. I don’t want to look at Felix because I’m afraid I might think of something that we may do once we get there. Well, that’s what I’ve been thinking of as soon as he said we will go to their house! I was just diverting it to different things, thinking that it might just be me.
• “You looked nervous.” I flinched when Felix grabbed my hands that are now sweating in nervousness. He gently squeezed it, making me divert my attention to him instead.
