Chapter 120 Backstory

• She was just a young girl, barely 15 years old, with a messy bob of brown hair and a scattering of freckles across her cheeks. Her bright eyes, once full of life and spark, had dimmed with the hardships she had faced. She had run away from home a long time ago, seeking escape from the chaos that had become her life and she doubted anyone ever looked for her.
• Lost and alone, she wandered the city streets, sleeping wherever the night took her. She had grown used to the rough, concrete ground beneath her, the sounds of car horns and chatter of passersby interrupting her sleep. She had learned to fend for herself, sourcing for food in trash cans and she knew almost all the streets in the city.
