- Maximiliano had asked her not to say anything about her near-death, in order to save himself doubts and uncomfortable questions from his mother, who he knew would panic if she knew that Amelia had been on the verge of death.
- The suitcase occupied the passenger seat, she had chosen to go in the back, so she could sleep what she had not been able to in the whole night, although even there, she could not rest as she would like to. Her body had a lot of stress stuck in it, anxiety was her friendship, she was not used to the feeling that this process generated, but she told herself that it would be something temporary, although she still had her doubts, which she thought of clarifying at that moment with Maximiliano, who was driving in the deadest silence.
