• It was a rocky year for all of us, but we persevered. It took months to convince the people of the kingdom to accept hybrids. A fight broke out about it, but luckily, everything was sorted out before things could escalate any further. Though there were people who were still against the hybrids, they weren't enough to stop my mates from passing a new law. The hybrids didn't need to hide anymore. With the law, they were free to live among the others or stay back in their town.
• They chose the latter. Having made a life in the small town, they were reluctant to leave. Though they occasionally went to the kingdoms to purchase things, they still returned to their home. To them, it was more than home. The sanctuary my mates created for them was the first place they ever felt safe in.
