• ALIYAH
• Today, I had a scheduled meeting with Ashton—I mean, King Ashton Donovan—after a couple of days. I admit that ever since he started standing up for me against his mother, I began to develop a different perspective on him.
• Mixed emotions swirled inside of me as I waited here in the study room. I was excited for some reason, but then worry gripped my heart, as I had no idea what to expect from our meeting. Except for the fact that he was the king of the packs here, Ashton had always been a mysterious and unpredictable person, which both intrigued and intimidated me. Regardless, there was something about him that drew me in, making me want to know him better.
