• I lay with my head on that familiar pillow, wondering how on earth I could have been so embarrassed – like a foolish high school teenager – when Alexis uttered those words, but anyway, I shouldn't dwell on it too much, right? Or at least, that's what I thought until he walked into my room and simply positioned himself over me.
