• After Lucian's last visit, he did not return until two weeks later. He had gone back to Washington to investigate Natalia further. Since the last time he saw her, he found it very suspicious that she had the necklace. It had been a gift for Franchesca, obviously she was not Franchesca but he was sure she had information about her whereabouts. She had also been present at the birth of his nieces, Gianna had given birth to twins. But even though there were two newborn babies in the Landong house, it did not seem enough for Brenda to give up on the idea of taking Bella back.
