• I was woken up from my peaceful slumber by the morning sunlight filtering in through the silk curtains.
• I raised my hands above my head and stretched, feeling my bones creaking and my sore body protesting as the last vestiges of sleep left my eyes. A pounding in my head told me that I might have been dead drunk when I went to sleep last night, and I was going to be paying the consequences of that throughout the day.
