Chapter 34 Left Without A Mate

• Some Omegas that were willing to help with the preparation of Louisa's birthday party carried chairs to the dining room as they unrolled a red carpet. The Omegas all rushed off in different directions, doing one thing or another to get things ready. Despite the fact that Louisa isn't yet their Luna and she hadn't been marked and claimed by Alpha Marcus, she acted like one and they all wanted her birthday to be a grand one in her honour. Alpha's and some of their pack members from different packs were also invited so they could see if maybe they could find their mate in Marcus's pack. Meanwhile, Alessia sat in the room, taking a look from the window. She had seen some people going and coming into the house, all seemed busy but what she couldn't understand was why the house was surrounded by large woods, making it seem dark.
• The day flew so fast and night came. The main hall was decorated beautifully in gold, silver and black, just how Louisa wanted it. There was a red carpet for the guests to walk down, a huge dance floor with a live band as she only wanted the best for her party. The tables were covered in black table clothes with shiny centrepieces that lit up giving off a warm glow. There was a hot and cold buffet as Louisa couldn't be bothered to have a sit down meal, especially as she wanted to mingle with the guests and hear their praise of her.
• As the enormous door opened for Marcus. His Beta announced him with a loud voice as he strode into the hall dressed in a black tuxedo that fitted him so well and a black Italian leather shoes.
