- She placed her head, which ached slightly, and traced it down her neck and she found it bare. It felt wrong. There had been something around her neck before, something like a collar. Yes, a collar. It was called giga.
- At the thought, the memory came back. The collar injecting the wolfsbane through the silver needles into her system had contributed to her weakened state before everything faded out. But now it was already off her. There was no need to prolong the issue. She knew she was dead, and that was the only explanation that made sense.
