• Paris POV
• I woke up a dozen times last night. I was certain now that Rafael was part demon because why did he keep crawling into my dreams? It wasn’t repeats of him shooting Brent. My dreams were plagued with Rafael trying to take advantage of me again but they all ended in the same way… Rafael was bloody and unconscious on the floor.
• Marcel was there to remind me it was just a dream. The third time I bolted awake he was ready to break someone’s legs. I was convinced he would have left to find Rafael in the middle of the night just to hurt him. He didn’t leave me though…
