As he descended into the pit, there were no barriers, and the surrounding energy enabled him to rise freely whenever he chose.
• Nearby, Theodore was cooking a large leg of beef over a fire. Just as Sebastian descended, he collided with the campfire, sending sparks flying into the air. Theodore was about to shout angrily but paused when he saw it was only his little disciple, letting out a surprised yell instead.
