Chapter 8 Back home

• I got in the cab and gave the driver directions to the hospital. The song "Without me" wasb? playing. I looked out the window then touched my tummy. I couldn't help but smile and tears ran down my cheeks. 
• "Mrs. we are here" the cab man said with a slight smile. "Thank you very much sir" I said and stepped down the cap. He helped me and carried down my stuff unlike other drivers. maybe he saw that I was pregnant. I gave him his money and got out, then took a deep breath.
• I walked in the hospital with my traveling bag, then to the cancer center. The nurse gave me a sad smile and took me to the room that my mom was admitted.
