Chapter 34 Continuation

• Unfortunately, Annie had quickly distanced herself from me. She stood up and quickly wore her cardigan. I looked at her, all the passion had dissolved. For me it was another broken love making session. 
• It turned out it was a security man, on patrol. I rebuked him, remiding him of the need to mind his own business. He apologized, saying he had seen our shadows from afar and thought it was cultists smoking marijuana. If he knew, he wouldn't have disturbed.
• Anyway, the damage has already been done. Annie was quiet throughout our walk back to the class. When we got to the class I reminded her about what we were doing and whether we could continue later. She said she was not supposed to be cheating on her boyfriend and that she was feeling guilty. Even though she liked me, she was still in-nlove with her boyfriend. She had been carried away earlier by her attraction to me, but she wouldn't let that get into her head anymore. But we could still be friends.
