Chapter 49 Beastly Feast

• We killed our way through the city. Any establishment that even housed a Saxstan was burned to the ground. We were fast and very efficient. I had a list of the men I wanted spared and it was as short as my toes. The rest had graves with their names waiting. We did not waste time, there were too many to kill. There was no time to do all the things I wished. I saved all the gore for their leader.
• Two weeks it had been and we were tying up loose ends. Word had spread about the war. Most of the establishments we hit were ready for us even though they had no idea when we would hit. But as we took more and more of the men down, the fight dwindled. The Saxstan cartel members were scattered and on the run. All took their family and splashed. There was nothing to stand up for anyways. All their warehouses were burned down. All the stock set alight. All the shipments and planes were made to fireworks for the heavens. As my team of five and I worked, my other teams were dismantling the Saxstan cartel from every angle. We hacked and tore their systems apart. We froze their offshore accounts. We took everything away from them and as thought, any other cartel that would have helped stepped away when they heard who threw the first stone. If I had just began attacking for no reason other cartels would have helped them fight the war but stupid Rendal had poked the bear and no one wanted to die with him.
• “Clear.” A voice came through my earpiece and that was all we had been waiting for. It was three in the morning, darkness crawling from the very tip of the ground. It was unnaturally thick, as if God was covering us for the crimes we were about to commit. My eyes were sore from the lack of sleep yet that only riled me up even more. Why would I sleep when I could be killing Saxstan scum? To even think of what they had done pissed me off even more. They touched Lethu, my fucking Lethu!
