"You shouldn't take pills to help you sleep. If anything, you can try drinking some warm milk and soaking your feet in warm water to help you loosen up."

• Rachel looked up at him with a calm and blank look in her eyes. "I'm sorry!" Shawn apologized immediately. "I'm not a busybody—I just wanted to show my concern. You can choose not to answer me if you feel like I overstepped any boundaries."
