• After Rachel finished shopping with her children at the grocery store, they returned to the villa with bags of groceries. While the children were watching cartoons in the living room, she went to the kitchen, with Asher tagging along, to prepare the ingredients.
• "I've sent Natalia away," he said, picking the peas out of its pod. "I'm sorry, Rae. I was too careless, and that's how she found out our whereabouts. Luckily, she didn't run into you directly."
• "It won't matter even if she did." Rachel smacked her lips. "I avoided her because I don't want any trouble, but if trouble comes knocking on my door, I won't run away either. Natalia isn't an idiot, and she'll contact Jayden. After how I've played him around, I reckon he'll come looking for me."
