- Rygan’s rut had seemingly calmed from their five minutes of pleasure, and now his mind felt clearer with each passing minute. “I think I have a plan that can get us out of here,” she said to him.
- The tiredness in his gaze cleared; they knew there was no time to spare. “You might not like it, but you only need to trust me, and no matter what, don’t stop me,” she muttered to Rygan as she relayed the plan to him. As he fully understood it, the plan was set in place.
- Elise crept up slowly to the barred window; one of the bars was weakened and shaky, almost undone. She prayed the guards were occupied enough as she dug in slowly, hoping the metal wouldn't make a sound.
