• On Sunday morning, Mr. Ross asked me to meet him at the St. Marquez Hotel on 5th Avenue. He could have just told me over the phone when I tried to call him yesterday, but instead, he didn’t answer and text me. Meeting him there now made me think it was something even more serious. He also said he wanted to have breakfast with me.
• I picked my best dress to look professional since he might report things to Dad. Anyway, I wanted to figure out what was going on.
