• We arrived at his mansion, a grand building with tall gates and a large courtyard. It was nothing like the Palermo's mansion, and I could feel the difference in the air. Ezra showed me to my room, which was decorated with the finest furniture and luxurious fabrics. I was overwhelmed by the sight of it all.
