• “What kind of woman will irritate him?” Grace tilted her head as she pondered on the question. Since university, Christopher never seemed to be interested in women, especially those who had ulterior motives whenever they approached him—not to mention, those who confessed their love profusely and always tried to gain his attention. He hated those types of women and could toss them into the depths of the Earth so that they would never appear before him again.
• Dylan was pleased that she recalled the past. “You remember, right? Christopher hated attention-seeking women who always pestered him, especially those who had ulterior motives. Wasn’t there a popular video of a receptionist in his company who tried to gain his attention online but he reacted by asking security to throw her out with the trash?”
• Her eyes brightened. “So, what you mean is that I should behave like I’m crazy about him and continuously pester him to make him suspect that I have other intentions? That way, he’ll eventually hate me and cut ties with me while asking for a divorce?”
