• The security received them and carried Lucia back to her room. Thereafter, the superior came and sighted Lucia, at once the look on her face changed to a tender one as she softly caressed Lucia’s sleeping face.
• “It must have been tough for her. I can imagine the stress and pain she must have gone through” The superior acknowledged with a sympathetic look on her face. “Did she deliver successfully?”
• The superior probed further as she yearned for a positive answer. “Affirmative, superior” Desmond replied while bowing slightly. “Good. That’s more like it. There are further plans for Lucia, and she’d have to leave the country for some time and focus on what she’s trying to improve on”.
