  • Chapter Seven
  • Ten day finally elapse, Rick is able to walk without his crutches, he had also did the ten days mission repeatedly without missing out a day, off course it was so difficult at first, but as he continued to do them his bon began to gain some strength, he does not miss out on daily quest, he did two miles brisk walking everyday.
  • The system also create a schedule for Rick that he followed everyday just to keep fit as a footballer. He woke up everyday at 6:00am, at 6:15 am, he did the brisk walking which lasted for another two hours, he had his bath at around 8:30am, he take breakfast at around 8:45am, then he head to the gym for some gym session, he had some few tryout with some friends in the street, this lasted for more than three hours, by 12:00pm, he had his lunch, and then he head back to the gym and continued the ten day mission, by 3:00pm, he usually had some break session, sometimes he decided to take some naps, sometimes he will be watching football, sometimes he had swimming session, and sometimes he head to the beach, by 6:00pm in the evening he takes dinner, and then head out to complete the five city block jogging, after that he takes his bath, he read some books or sometimes watch some operas on the t.v, and finally when it is 10:00pm he usually go to sleep.
  • Well today he had drove to the street stadium to have a bit of practice together with some friends, well he became friends with them about a weeks ago, he drove in his Maybach and parked somewhere safe from the field, he opened the car booth and he kit up with his soccer booth and socks
  • From the stadium, someone called out. “Hey man, we waiting for you.”
  • Rick looked up and someone was waving to him from afar in the stadium. “Okay guys, give me a seconds, let me put up with my booth.”
  • He finished up and he jog towards the rest, off course the groups comprises of misfits all with tattoos, they are just eighteen in number and just like Rick, they also kit up, anyway Rick exchange handshakes with everyone, and one of the guy threw him a yellow coloured shirt.
  • “Hey man, you in with the yellow guys today.” The person who seems to be the referee said. Rick caught the singlet and put it on his jersey, he also got into his position.
  • The referee blow the whistle and the match started, Rick team was using three man defense, three man midfielder and two striker up ahead, as the Attacking midfielder, he is is playing a free role, hence his presence is almost everywhere, the two striker start the match and the pass the ball to him, and they were directly into the opponent territory, Rick took the ball and he move towards the left winger position, he pass the ball to the left winger and he took a run towards the opponent territory, the left winger gave the ball back to his defensive midfielder, who gave the ball to the right winger.
  • Off course the opponent as well did not joke around, they also launch an attack, they were playing the 3-4-1 formation, three man defense, four men midfielder and one striker, off course the striker was also in Rick team box waiting for a lose ball. Well the right winger from Rick team throw a long pass, and Rick who was running ahead stop to control the ball, he carefully control the ball and was ready to throw a pass to the striker running ahead of him, but the opponent was there to block the ball, Rick track back and pass the ball back to his left winger, the left winger throw another long pass to the striker in the opponent box, but the defense from the opponent gain the ball and make a back pas to the goal keeper, who controlled the ball and pass to his left full back, off course the right winger from Rick team was there to tackle the pass, but the left back made a false gesture and the right winger fall for it, the left back made a successful dribble and by pass the right winger, but Rick was already there to tackle the ball from the left back, off course the left back saw Rick and he quickly released the ball to his defensive midfielder who was close by, the defensive midfielder also gave the ball to the attacking midfielder and the later took on a race, off course the strikers from Rick team also track back too, but the assistant striker track back further in than the main striker, but the defensive midfielder from Rick team was there to block the attacking midfielder from the opponent team, the later try to beat the former by speed, but the center back from Rick team tackle the ball and make a successful take on, he pass the ball to Rick who was beside, Rick controlled the ball and pass to the supporting striker, the supporting striker pass the ball to the left winger, and he released the ball to Rick, Rick move the ball towards the left and he was tackle on by the left winger from the opponent but rick released the ball to the main striker who was close by, the left winger focused on the striker and Rick was able to make a successful run, off course the supporting striker was already ahead, Rick was running towards the opponent box did not slow down, he received the ball he successfully dribble the defensive midfielder from the opponent side, he was tackle down and Rick fell down, the refree blow for a foul and the match stopped, the later hand out to pull Rick up and the duo did smiled to one another.
  • Meanwhile both team recover and mount both defense and attack, Rick was also in the opponent box for the free kick, he and his teammate were all man marked by an opponent each, well Rick was opportune by the one who man marked him

  • Off course the same time the referee blew the whistle, the man from Rick team play the kick and both Rick team and the opponent fought for the ball, off course Rick already ran out of the box, well the kick go directly to the goalkeeper who hit the ball away, off course the hit was not hard enough, hence the striker from Rick team got the ball, just when he shot the ball, the two full back from the opponent block the shot and the ball was got into the opponent striker hand and who took a run for it, but luckily Rick was there to cover the escape, he man marked the striker and the duo both fell down after the struggle to gain the ball, but the attacking midfielder got the ball and pass to right midfielder, he also took a run for it, both the Rick and the striker already stood up and run for the ball, men from Rick side tried to stopped the opponent, but it was all futile, the left winger who was opened got the long pass, and he made a direct cross to Rick team box, Rick tried to jumped to claim the ball in the air, but he can hardly lift himself to the sky, the striker got the ball and nod the ball to the top right corner, but Rick team goalkeeper flew and save the ball before it enter the net, pushing the ball over the bar, the referee blew for a corner kick.
  • “Damn, why can’t I jump high enough?”

  • Rick cannot help but accept his fate, knowing fully well that he is at disadvantage, he does not man mark anyone, he stand alone to claim lose ball, the referee blew the whistle and the corner kick was taken, everyone all fight for the ball, and the center back from Rick team got the ball, but he does not shot out, instead he made an overhead pass to Rick who was free outside, Rick got the ball and control it, he took a run for it, as if on steroids, the opponent defense attack him, the striker from his side also take a run for it, the other member of the opponent also took a run to defend their home.
