• Gianna waited until she was sure the coast was clear. She’d sent that bastard Byron on a wild goose chase with an impossible task, knowing he’d struggle to succeed especially over a weekend.
• Keeping him occupied was important, especially if it kept him out of his precious study. Since the day she arrived, Byron had been looking for every excuse to fuck her, and she knew that with Alexis out of the house, he’d try to push even more. But she had her own plans today.
• She approached his study door, a solid, French door with a brass handle. Glancing around, she noted the exact position of the CCTV camera. She didn’t care if Byron saw her disabling it later; she needed this moment for herself.
