• A few moments passed before Katie looked down at it and nodded slowly. “Yeah. Catch!” She threw one bottle in Sarah’s direction –which she barely managed to catch—and another in Jason’s direction, he on the other hand, didn’t even bother to attempt at catching it. He continued to glare at her even when the bottle hit against his chest and bounced to the floor. Rolling her eyes, Katie took a seat next to Sarah and transfixed her full attention on the TV rather than a scowling Jason.
• Sarah looked between the two and face palmed. “Jason!” She whisper-yelled. He looked over at her with risen eyebrows after the fifth call of his name despite having heard her the first time. Ignoring his childish behaviour, she gestured to the bottle on the floor with her eyes, silently telling him to pick it up.
• Jason was firmly set on resisting her, but the sharp glare he received from Sarah’s end urged him to reluctantly do as requested. He indignantly swept the bottle off the floor, twisted the cap and gulped down every bit of it in one go before swiping the back of his hand across his lips. “Happy now?”
