• Soon we were surrounded by boys, some of whom leaped straight up on top of Leon, and others who looked curiously at me.
• "Jonny, watch the horses for me!" Leon said, handing the reins to one of the tallest boys, as he drew a silver coin from his pocket and tossed it to the boy called Johnny.
• "Johnny's got a silver, everyone followed him!" Leon shouted to the lads, who suddenly turned their attention back to Johnny, and with a cheer and a rush after him, left Leon completely behind.
