Chapter 13 First Night

• Kylie's P. O. V
• I was standing in front of the private elevator, wondering whether I should go up or not. It has been fifteen minutes since Mr. Stanley dropped me in front of the building. It took all my willpower to get inside the elevator and press the top button.
• I checked the time on my mobile again, it was past 2 am. I hoped he was asleep already. The elevator door opened, I took a deep breath before stepping out of it. The living room was empty so I guess he had gone to bed already. I sighed in relief, but who knew how wrong I was?
