Chapter 25
- Dylan narrates.
- I kept detailing each of his features. His hazel eyes looked at me curiously, her skin glowing telling me how smooth he was. Her silhouette was so exquisitely shapely that it seemed unreal to me. I couldn't believe that he was seeing her, that after so many years she was close to me. For an instant I thought of throwing myself against her, hugging her; but that feeling only lasted for an instant, because her deception came to my mind shortly after, carrying with it the most bitter of memories of her.
- "Go ahead, ma'am" I said dismissively, pretending that I couldn't remember her name to annoy her, because I knew that would irritate her.
