• I stared at Chloe's red, pouting face trying to keep my calm and not frighten Chloe by suddenly yelling out or exploding in anger.
• I was so mad at Jenna when I heard what Chloe said. I could hardly believe that she would go as far as telling our daughter about Amelia just so she could chase her away from me. Chloe let out a small sniffle as tears rolled down her plump, rosy cheeks and my fists clenched tightly in anger.
