Chapter 17 Stanley

• Ruth stared at him then at his pocket, without a word she opened the door for him since his hands were occupied with the clothes. They saw the sales girl who was attending to them standing not too far from the divider. Ruth wondered if she had heard them while they were making out in the changing room.
• Robert handed her the clothes and placed his hand on her waist, they walked to the counter. He paid for the outfit they had selected and put it in a shopping bag which had the mall's logo on it before handing it over to them.
• "Do you think she heard us?" Ruth asked Robert the moment they left the mall.
