Chapter 65 Birthday Surprise

• It's been a month—a stressful month. My head has been stuck to my book these past two weeks due to exams, but thankfully it is over. I wrote my last paper yesterday, which was Friday.

• Things with Hayden's dad and I were a little bit better, though I don't think he has fully accepted me because that would mean giving up on the hotel he plans on acquiring from Sophie's dad. At least he doesn't glare at me or make hateful comments towards me, which is kind of like a win.
