• I was exhausted as I lay on my bed thinking about how everyone was treating me. It was still a little surprising how I was surrounded by a pack of werewolves. And the fact that I was mated to the alpha felt so unreal.
• The door opened and Jason walked in. I wanted to giggle loudly and drool all over him. But I reminded myself how we first needed to settle in the pack. There was just no way I was going to make him excited.
