• Before Natalie could complain, the makeup artist blurted out. “Mateo, Natalie’s co-host, Gabriela is wearing a dress. I specifically did her makeup so she’ll look stunning in a dress. Why did you prepare a plain shirt and shorts combination for Natalie? She’ll look out of place in the show!”
• Mateo’s brows snapped together. “I’m the stylist. I know best. This shall be Nat’s outfit for the day. After she changes her clothes, change her makeup style.”
• Turning to Natalie, Mateo grinned. “Nat, listen to me. This is for the best. Gabriela will be wearing a dress, so you’ll look perfect beside her dressed in a shirt and shorts. Plus, you’ll be showing your legs, so the audience will focus on you.”
